grounding means connecting to the real world, not artificial simplified conditions
when muscle is trying to contract it takes into account whether environment allows it (alpha-gamma motoneurons)
reflex circuits allow to react to environment changes as fast as possible
major perception is performed via skin and adjacent tissue with pressure receptors or other types of receptors
grounding establishes a method to perceive and identify new environment objects
